The 2025 "Direct to Wuzhen" Global Internet Competition is one of the key activities of the World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, and has been held for seven consecutive years since 2019. This year's competition is themed "Discover Future New Forces, Build a New Digital Ecosystem" and features six tracks: Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Travel, Digital Intelligent Healthcare, Intelligent Manufacturing, Intelligent Endpoints, and Open Source Projects (divided into Open Source Model Application Competition and Open Source Competitive Challenge).
Since the registration began in June, it has attracted 1,082 projects from 29 countries worldwide, including 864 domestic projects and 218 overseas projects. After intense competition, 71 projects have made it to the finals, including 11 overseas projects. In the final competition:
Spring AI Alibaba and Higress respectively received the titles of Open Source Pioneer Community and Outstanding Open Source Community, and two community contributors, Zhang Shenghang (GitHubID: shenghang) and Xing Guofu (GitHubID: erasernoob), were awarded the Most Valuable Contributor Award.
